We love our garments & accessories and hope you do too, however, if you feel your purchase is not quite right we will happily exchange or refund your order (excluding sales items). To qualify for an exchange or refund you must contact SAVOIE clothing within 48 Hours of receiving your order via email email@example.com and return the order via a traceable postage method. Goods must be received by SAVOIE clothing within 7 days (14 days for international orders) from the date the goods were delivered to you.

We will only accept goods returned in proper condition as set out below. The cost of returning any goods to us is borne by the customer (you). We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is deemed to be faulty.
We will only accept returns of full priced goods in the following circumstances:
- Contact has been made within 48 Hours of receiving your order
- The goods are received by us within 7 days (14 days for international orders) from the date the goods were delivered to you
- The original tags have not been removed
- The goods have not been worn, used, washed, soiled or damaged
- In the case of faulty goods, no attempt has been made to repair the goods
- In the case of swimwear, undergarments and accessories, returns will only be accepted if the goods are faulty
